You HAVE TO run the cap with the KO Speedo. If drastically shortens it life if you do not run it. This is not the case with Novak, LRP and Keyence speedos but it certainly is with the KO unit.
I really looked at the KO speedo a couple years ago becuase it was so small but with the mandatory cap its bigger and all the others.
