Due to the Lipos drasticly lower internal resistance and slightly higher voltage you will get more run time out of the lipo.
If your gtb has Lipo cutoff, Just set it and you will not have any problems. If it doesn't you can still run it but you must make sure you never run the car dead. As soon as it looses it's punch pull off!
