well, wife complaint that R/C occupied most of the space in the store room .... i think it is time to let her re-claim the store room and expend my kingdom to one of the bed room ...... balcony is a nice place for running Mini-Z / Micro, as well as pit area.
in fact, if she "search" careful enough, she will also find R/C cars/stuff in kitchen ......
