Droop won't really do much for you in terms of on-power steering. Droop is a corner exit and entry adjustment. Try less rear toe, i bet that'll work.
You are off just a little, limiting droop in the front will yield more on-power steering. Less rear toe will allow the car to rotate more, not quite the same effect as less front droop, but close.
