bascially u need some practice to get it right... as for diamantling them i simply twist the cells and they just pop apart another thing to take note it that this tip was designed for building cells for electric flight because they way the pack are to be place on the planes need certain shape thats the only wasy to do the special shapes. but i found out that this can be used to build stick packs so why not......
