Foam spacers should fix your problem...and 46mm is the correct length.
Just got back from TCS at Trackside in WI. Ran my TB-02 in GT-2 and finished 3rd in the B-main out of four mains. It was hooked up...but it's the last TCS it will be run in. Ran my friends TA-05 and it's much smoother and easier to drive for 13.5.
Also ran in the "rally" class....TQ'd and won the A-main!
