As you can see, it's a pre-assembled sku with pre-painted body, aimed at beginners, but I think the potential is there for a competition-class racer if they want to market it as such. Personally, I'm really warm to the idea of shaft drive as opposed to belt drive: belts are probably more efficient, but they DO skip, and need constant adjustment, whereas a shaft unit is quite bullet-proof.
