If you are running the spool, make sure you have the 2mm washers glued to the inside of the steering knuckle. Other wise, your steering will move to far and the universals will start to bind

I did put the spacers like Jon told me. It works in a few mins and the noise started again. lol I even polish the cvd's to make it smoother.
Tomie- I'm not going to be at BCR This weekend, but if the spacers I showed you didn't do it and you don't figure it out by next Saturday, I'll take a close look next time I'm up there.
