I've been running sedans and am only recently trying 12th scale. The biggest thing I've noticed is how easy 12th scale cars are on the motors. Where a sedan will burn up brushes and blacken a comm in two or three runs, I'm guessing I'll be rebuilding a 12th motor about once a month. Brushless really is a godsend in sedan racing. Much, much less so in 12th scale.
