If take the work of seeing the last photos I posted from the 16/19 conversion, you will notice that the pulleys I use are from PLASTIC and if you do a search on mine post, you will notice that many times I told that I don't like the aluminium pulleys because they self sharpen and end cutting the belt.
Mine pulleys are ever from plastic, and if you take your time cleaning them and cleaning and removing any dirt on it, you can use the same pulley/belts for a long, long time.
Take a look of the image I post here and see for youself on which material are made the pulleys I use. You will see that is the same photo I put some days ago.
Corse-R, cool down, dude! I was probably in siesta or something. But, take it from me, I didn't mean that you WERE using the Al pulleys. You just happened to post many pics, so parts of brain was thinking it could have been you. All righty? No harm's done here.
