I think the one area that needs modification is the front hinge-pins. The hinge pins are not captured at the back on the chassis. They simply rest against the edge of the CF.
After just a few weeks, the pins have "dented" the CF enough that the whole pin moves rearward enough so that another hit causes the bulkhead to break.
I would suggest what was suggested to me. I simply put a 3mm set screw in the back of the arm, shortened the hinge-pin by the length of the set-screw. Hopefully, no more problems there....
Someone mentioned the BJ4 was the same way. Really wierd....
