I'll get the ball rolling, well hopefull it will roll

Dyno - Robitronic Promaster
ESC - Novak GTB (not 2.4ghz)
Motor - Novak ss4300 (10.5 turns)
Rotor - Novak Sintered 12.3mm
Voltage - 7.2

Max Power = 178.2W @ 11765rpm / 73.2% EF / 144.6Nmm
Efficiency = 95.8% @ 21619rpm / 88.6W / 39.1Nmm
