I think this is another one of those questions that comes down to personel opinion.

I currently have the Team Checkpoint 1030 and it is basically a Ice with a few extra features that includes a backlit display.
The carger works great on both NiMh and Lipo but my favorite thing about this charger is it's simplicity.
I have had numerous chargers and this has been the easiest to use while still being extremely versatile.
but as long as you go with a good name and spend a little money you probably can't go wrong, but if I purchased another charger today i would put my money on another checkpoint.
