We have used several of these and they worked well in the 2wd truck we race.

However when we installed them in a VXL Rustler we were able to make one good pass then it went into protection mode and put out 50% of the power.

We tried 3 different batteries all fresh of the chargers and they all did the same thing. We dropped in a Orion 3200, 4800 and a Trakpower and they all worked great for over 5 minutes.

I would question the discharge rate as I have not seen it posted anywhere
