I disconnected the lines to check for pinches and fuel in the fuel line and there was none. I attempted again many times to pull it and no fuel appears to be leaving the gas tank to go through the fuel line. When I tried to blow into the pressure pipe it felt like my air was being blocked and I couldn't blow through it. There don't appear to be any visible restrictions for the fuel and pressure tubes.
