Use the AE droop gauge and measure it at the bottom of the outer hinge pin hole on the a-arms. You can do this (droop 7 and 6) if you have new tires on your car. If your tires have a few runs on them they are a bit shorter and you lose ride height. When you raise your ride height to compensate you lose your droop. If this is the case then move your droop to 6 and 5.
