What charger do you have? When you set up the profile to charge a battery do you have to input the capacity of the battery also, some chargers require you to do that. If the info you have to input is only 2S lipo and 5 amps then the charger doesn't care if it's 5000mah or 40,000mah it's just how long it will take to charge, it will just keep pumping 5 amps into the battery until it reaches 4.2 volts per cell(some charges only charge to 4.1 volts). Now with that being said it's possible that there is timeout where if a battery is chargeing for longer than 1 hour it may stop the charge because it feels there is some sort of error because the battery has not reached 4.2 per cell in the alloted time. But that's OK just restart the charge and it will finish. Watch your voltage and stop the charge immeditly if it exceeds 8.5 or this could happen a 3500 degree fire ball can ruin anyone's day.
