I think this lawsuit is bullshit. How many clones of cars have we seen the last coupe of years and did the manufacturer sue the other companies cause they "stole"the design? There are tons of fake brand clothings available made in China, Poland, Turkey etc. Many of the fake clothing are also then "made in USA" but never sued. Also many people think often that products are made in the USA because the brandname is registrated there: for excample the bikename Trek is registrated in the USA but the bikeframes are manufactured by Giant in Taiwan just like Specialized, "but proud made in the USA" NOT.
