If you want more top speed you will want to go to a higher pinion gear (the small gear that is attached to the motor) With a bigger pinion you will have more top speed but slower acceleration. If you go with a smaller spur (the big gear) you can also get more top speed, but I would recommend getting a larger pinion gear.
