I have even checked that the centre shaft is straight prior to assembly. If i fit just the bearings and the spurgear holder and locate it in postion and spin it, you can see that the spur holder is slightly out and does not rotate true, could it be that the spurgear holder itself is slightly out, this problem is driving me nuts...................
