kamlooper - Yes, I ran the composite carb. off of the 5 or 7 race engine. I have not heard of any trouble with the aluminum. I was wanting to get comfortable with the new 3 port we have coming and it was a very similar engine.

Restrictor - 8 mm is what I ran. After a 5 min qaulifier I came in with a little under 1/2 tank in my buggy. I was good for 8 to 9 min easy. I also feel you can make the 10 min mark with a 7mm or 6mm.
