When running the 416 for the first time in a 2 day test I tried removing the foam inserts and built the dampers with much less rebound. I found that this seemed to give the car slightly more grip but more damper testing need to be done.
I also think that removing the foam changes the damping in bump (instroke) something that maybe should be considered.
