after runing the 16 turn how hot was the plug? have a look at the metal pins for marksand burning
maybe you have a bad cell?fell the pack as it is charging on the ansman charger and check if one cell gets realy hot,if this hapens you have a bad cell in your pack.
have a look at the pins in the tamiya pack they might be to loose to make contact so close the gap with a small push of a jewelers screwdrver.leaver it against the casing to close the gap a bit more look at the same spot on the other plugs to see what itn should be like or swap to deans or corally plugs to prevent this from happening in the future
