My off roads, I belt my tires with Duct tape. Works great! Most guys do it that way. That keep the pie cutting down.
Flip the tire inside out. tape the inner diameter of the tire. Don't overlap the ends by more than 1/4 inch. Flip the tire again and install. It works!
