I have been down this road before and what everyone else is saying on this thread is about the only thing you can do to try and rectify the problem. you can sell your item on this site but make it clear that its US residents only as it is a 75mhz radio(75mhz is for emergency services only fire/ambulance) then my suggestion is to get your self a spektrum radio maybe a DX2 which you can pick up for around the $100-$120US with an RX and that runs 2.4ghz so it is more than legal here in australia.
