The main reason the onroad has died out is the lack of an onroad race director. The last one moved away and no-one stepped up to take over. The offroad still is strong, as that, the local racers have moved up and become the the program directors. There are a couple guys who do 95% of the work, which leaves them no time for the onroad aspect of the facility. So basically the track needs a dedicated onroad director for revival.
