WD40 works this way as well! If you ever have an old car to sell, clean it good and spray with this stuff and the parts will look like new!
I've used that before for sure, but this stuff seems to work even better. I used to have to wash the car (or parts of it off, then re-spray it...with this stuff, it never sticks in the first place and I never have to really wash it. Maybe wipe off the heavy stuff, but most of it just blows off.
Plus, it smells better.
