One thing people should be happy about is the fact that the old c-hubs fit as well. So until all the parts are available almost all breakable parts(susp. pieces) are interchangeable with the 415 so you can atleast race for the day.
I tried a setup i ran on my 415 but did not like the feel, the main difference being i did not run swaybars on the older car. Corner speed improved dramitcally when i installed them on the 416. However this may be due to the fact i did not have thick enough oil in my shocks.. think of it like lotus's approach , soft springs and stiff swaybars.
The real test is when i put my lrp 4.0 back in tho! 19T=tooooooo slow lol
