Sounds like a motor issue in the servo. Try what Tres has suggested first. If that does not help your situation, send our servos in to us to be checked out. Double check all connections and linkages/ travel volumes. I would suspect that you may have the servos trying to drive past what mechanical limits there are in the linkage system causing the motors to burn out because of the extra current draw through them.
