Ain't that the truth. It makes no sense to me either. Not only Kyosho and Associated, but most major RC companies are in Southern California! I would think that a giant hobby shop and tracks for everyone in a single facility would be a hit. If I were a manufacturer, I'd definitely be trying to make that happen. I know land is expensive and all, but there are vacant lots and empty buildings...how could a track be less profitable than nothing? As it is, I'm going to be selling my five Associated cars and not replacing them because of this closure...unless another track opens soon. I'd love to hear from the manufacturers on this subject.
