I can sorta see what your saying. The mounts will probaly be made out of aluminum if the delrin or lexan isn't strong enough.The mounts right next to each other will be bottled together. . The mounts will probaly be reinforced. The Pivot balls are steel I believe.Also the bottome picture doesn't show it but the top one does at how far the pivot balls go into the a-arms. The a-arms will problay be made out of 3/8" delrin. Which from what I have heard is very tough stuff. Durability is definatly important to me and if this design hinders it too much then I will scrap the idea. You guys think it would be weak? I have one vote saying it will be. Thanks Ethan
