I change my IDM's front bearing yesterday, I use a blower to heat the engine block and use a socket of the same size of the bearing with minimun force it came out, On the past I try the puller and it always damage the new bearing
, I never use the puller again I prefer the traditional heat method is moore safe and is easy for me
