Make sure you have the proper spacer for KO 2143, seems like your servo is kind of too far out, towards the outside so when the servo turns the whole tie-rod become an angle and that's why you have blind spot! try use a thicker spacer to move the servo in towards the fuel tank by doing that your tie-rod will more or less prependicular or a 90 degree angle with the steering block when it is dead center!
