I am all theoratical laa. I have never had a .28 however I ran a .25 GS engine on a truggy years back, power wise it has better torque but lacking high speed (maybe tuning out) and fuel consumption of course will be more than a .21 .Wear? when I sold the truggy it was still kicking the cats ass around my neighbourhood
