Are you using the aluminum outdrives? I found that when I had my car the hole the diff screw went through wasnt big enough and the diff screw was actually threading into the outdrive. I switched to ae diff screws soon after getting my car, and once I found that the screw was threading into the outdrive and fixed that, I never broke another one.
