First if you pay 2 cents more for parts, so what, you get what you need when you want it. And Schumacher's customer service is possibly the best in the industry, even for the little people. It is almost as if you are speaking to a relative, instead of a sales person. I have become friends with the staff, met them in both major events and at their office in Fl. They can answer any tech question you may have from any one of their products to the "T"... Now, I am not knocking the other parts suppliers, but why go elsewere when you have everything you need right there.
