You will need a Robinson Racing or RW Racing machined 78T spur gear and pinions in the 50-40T range...if you can fit that in your car.
It is possible that you may never be able to gear that motor properly in a 1/12th car. Guys running 13.5's are gearing as high as 78/42 (or higher) for larger tracks.
