Thorin- the wheels you are referring to (23mm 1/2 off set) are good thats what many Matrix racers race with and as for the tire i would get bow-ties or crimefighters as appose to hole shots cause they will last longer
gluing pro-line tires on pro-line rims is very simple (you might want to use panther or losi tire bands to make it even easier
