on my old losi xxx-s one way it had a piece of paper with instructions that came with it, and it said to slightly grind down or file the pins on the dogbone so that it would fit in the outdrive expansion rings with out needing to be put on an angle.
I was concidering doing this and making sure i only take off a very small amount.
I had the alum diff halfs (outdrives) but they weared out very fast i thought.
i even had 2 sets and ran one with greese and one with out, but they both weared very fast, another racer at my track reckons that the derlin outdrives last heaps longer, so i am going to give that a go.
