Yup, all parts can be swapped.
With the chassis, the only difference is the front bumper, all other holes on the MSXX plate are the same as the MRE...
Oh, one thing I forgot, the MSXX has a different top deck (more flex) than the MRE, but it is a direct swap between the two.
