The way the servo fits in the car makes it look like you could get use a shorter servo like the 9550 and open up more space for a receiver and brushless ESC. Is that the case, or does the servo actually end up coming as far back as with cars that have them mounted the other way?
Yes, you get more spece for the receiver and speedo by running a short servo like the Futaba or KO.
Since the motor has been moved slightly back compared to the TRF415 there should also be more spece between the servo and motor (if the servo is in the same position, that is...).
