I agree with Adrian. The only thing that gives me pause is that I've seen several instances where top drivers are using the GM Genius 95/100 without the sensors attached. Unfortunately, there seems to be very little information available (in English) about the ESC, and people's impressions of it in sensorless vs. sensored mode with the same motor.
Obviously a sensorless motor is more elegant since it doesn't require the harness. But, getting a brushless motor to have the right "feel" is a big deal, and apparently very difficult in R/C cars. I too hope Tekin gets it right, because they're a company you can't help but like. My childhood racing days were full of Tekin stuff.
