One question: what the heck is a "lower polar moment of inertia"? I wouldn't know what to look for if it bit me ... and it sorta sounds like a medical problem to me, I know when my pole has a "moment of inertia" I'm thinking, "Hmm, where did I put that sample of Viagra?"
