The motor is fine the speed control actually caught fire for a second. The power was definately comparable. This was the first race of the year for us so I don't have alot to go on as far as comparison. My son runs the car and he said it was better then he remembered the car ever being (had run co27's and monsters in the past) and the motor was only 84 degrees after the first 5min run. We definately needed alot more work in the gearing department but for his driving style this worked pretty good and were happy with the performance especially for being off so far in gearing. I just talked to my LHS and he said Novak just recieved it yesterday so I hope to hear soon what they say.
