I recently acquired a LRP Runner, so I had to go looking too.
According to LRP, the Runner is "recommended for 16+ turns, but there is no max motor limit". The ESC has self-protection, so supposedly even if you use hotter motors it should not damage it permanently - it'll just shutdown temporarily if its overloaded.
Seems to work pretty well, with all its THREE FETs...
