PTP, I usually run a 10x2 at Bumps, but that motor finally gave up the ghost and am running my only other mod motor 12x2 and once this one goes, Im goin brushless/lipo. I think Lewis was runnin a 9x1/10x1
. Sorry, I cant help you out on the brushless questions. You should be good with the 5.5 though, just make some adjustments on your radio.
Congrats on the RC8. I wont be getting one until next year...maybe. I wont be back at Bumps for a while (maybe the xmas classic), my wife is due in less than a week, and with 2 in diapers I'm not planning on a lot of racing. Good luck at Bumps, lots of fast guys there in Mod buggy.
