Hey OLD 69,
your car looks very tidy
Since I'm on the hunt for a new car for 2008, I'm exploring the E4 as a possibility and I have a question that I was hoping you could help answer...
If direct soldering of the power wires to the battery is to become a thing of the past (rule changes I've hear coming), how can you fit the batteries with a deans plug lead when there appears to be a bar across the middle that would interfere? (batteries inserted from below but connected from above)
...or is there enough gap for a lead to pass along with the battery past this middle bar?
At worst I guess I could solder and de-solder the leads each time to the battery and leave the deans plug connected to the ESC so that it can be used in case of emergency to unplug the batteries by the marshals as it bursts into flames or smolders

.
Your thoughts observations?
