The end of the spring that touches the flywheel nut should
go down not up. Hope this makes sense to you. You may
have to hold the first clutch shoe you put on up away from
the third clutch shoe pin with a small screwdriver to get
the third clutch shoe and spring on. Keep a band-aid near
by,to fix the hole you mite poke in your finger tip and do'nt
cuss too loud.
