Same here , I know the theory of center one-way , front one-way and spool.
However, just dun really know when to choose between them. Their advantages and disadvantages.. I know heard that if I use front one-way on a long straight and need to brake hard for a u-turn, the car will tend to lossy when breaking.. but front one-way will capable for better and smaller turn.
