Thanks Kevin, I stand corrected.

I've only used my original Spekrum Rx for off-road and never experienced any problems or loss of connection. I used the spektrum Rx on carpet when racing my RC18 and as before never experienced any problems.

I was just relaying an article that I saw on the Horizon (Spektrum) website.
